Shipping & Return Policy

PLEASE READ THROUGHLY 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (occasionally 1-2) PRIOR to shipping, unless it is a pre-order item.

**Pre-Order items take about (1-2 1/2 weeks).

You will USUALLY receive your order 2-4 business days after processing. Depending on your shipping selection. But keep in mind, we leave room for any delays. The delay policy is set for 7-14 business days from the date that it is processed, NOT necessarily from the date that it is placed.
Although NOT likely to take the full 7-14 days, we leave room for any mishaps with USPS postal service. 

Please reframe from contacting regarding order status unless timing is crucial. 

  • PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. SIGN UP FOR TEXT OR EMAIL UPDATES AT CHECKOUT. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your shipping address is incorrect. It will delay your package and proper verification will be required. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is determined by city and state, and will be displayed at the point of checkout.

** Please make sure your billing matches your card & your shipping address is correct. 

- Why did money get removed from my debit card but my order did not go through? 


When a payment attempt is made we require the billing address and zip code to match the card holders and the bank does a temporary authorization to see if the funds are available to complete the transaction and puts a temporary hold on the funds.  If it does not go through then the funds will be return to your account in one to two days.  It is advised that you use a credit card or paypal for purchase or have sufficient funds on your debit card. 

- Shipping Cost 


Your shipping cost is determined by city and state, and will be displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to refuse any shipments delivered from KashKoutureCollection.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the total cost of the package return. This cost will be deducted from your processed refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.


- I can’t locate my package/item ? 



Kash Kouture Collection isn’t responsible for any lost items or Damaged items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. Kash Kouture Collection is not responsible for packages that state have been delivered and signed for.

 

**Please make sure your address is correct and updated!**


EXAMPLE: If you live in an apartment complex you MUST include your apt number to insure you receive your order. Kash Kouture Collection is NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. 

*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will ship them separately, contact you prior to processing your order and shipping, and or issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock if necessary.*

 

PLEASE NOTE: If any Kash Kouture purchases made at KashKoutureCollection.com are returned to Kash Kouture due to unpaid charges and or wrong address. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

 

- HOLIDAY ORDERS 

 

Black Friday & Christmas Sale: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping as there will be pending orders prior to the Black Friday sale, as well that will need to be shipped.

Valentine Orders: (Please Read) Please place orders that wish to be received prior to Valentine’s Day by January 20th for guaranteed arrival. Chinese New Years begins after this and all imports into the U.S won’t resume until the 8th of February. Regular shipping will resume then. 

- RETURN POLICY 

No returns or exchanges. For the safety of our staff & other customers all sales are final due to Covid-19.

Due to high volume of orders, once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. Please insure you’re checking for the correct sizes and desired item selected. We DO NOT accept hair, lashes or loungewear item packages back for returns for sanitary reasons. All orders are FINAL sale on Kash Kouture Collection, unless something is worked out with the store owner. Canceled Pickup orders are subject to restocking fee. 

 

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International customers packages may require additional processing time. Kash Kouture Collection is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.

Here is the breakdown for the International Shipping fee below:

  1. 3-6 day International Shipping: $45 < (Express)      
  2. 6-10 day International Shipping: $25< (Standard)
